If at anytime within 7 days of receipt of Bellaim items shall you are unhappy, then simply let us know and we’ll refund your purchase. Buyers returning items shall be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you return a treasure to us for exchange or refund under our 7 DAY RETURN POLICY and it has been used, assembled, removed from its original packaging and re-packed, or the packaging is ripped or damaged, we will be unable to provide you with a refund equivalent to the full purchase price.

Customers returning items are responsible for the shipping charges that has incurred for the shipping and return of the product. We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We therefore recommend that you ensure that the parcel is appropriately packed and returned to us via a trackable shipping method so that you have proof of dispatch and delivery.

Please also note – if you were sent your item as part of our free delivery service, and your return brings your total order to less than the amount eligible for free shipping; then you will be refunded for the item, less the delivery charge. If you return a total order for refund, the actual cost of our postage will be deducted from your refund.

Request a refund
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven days of receiving your purchase. If possible, tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products. Please note that any used items are non-refundable. The full amount will be credited back to your credit card once we have received the returned products.
